Luck necky's

When i started i asked the gm's if +luck neckys will drop.
I was told"no" so people dont get to over powered with luck etc they wont be in game.

Has this changed now as they are in game.

Saw someone with a luck +1 yellow necky yesterday.

its the same with mp/hp regens on armours, which wernt supposed to drop

you can have any stat randomly appear on a yellow item, although it was said that only the 3 class and def stats would be on them.

seen regen ring and regen levbel 33 armour.

luck seems to be far to easy to get these days. I saw someone in the firm earlier with +6 luck weapon. I remember a few years ago, messing with my own server, I tried for ages, making unlimited amounts of bene's to see how high I could get my luck, and I gave up at around +5. +6 and higher, was unheard of in euromir.

Loads of people have +7... Not just people in TheFirm either.

yea most wizzies in DA have luck 7. seems abit OTT to me, but how can you change it when you didnt change gems and stuff? you cant get rid of luck on weapons if you keep the gems on items.

luck+7 is a joke if you ask me.

definately far too easy to get +5 luck and higher. I think it should be addressed. It's not like euro at all. Bene's seem to be too common too. I don't remember WG's and ET's dropping bene's on euromir...
