if this is true then its far far too easy to get luck, luck 6/7 should be almost impossible , or luck should be capped at 5 if its going to be so easy to get luck 6/7 we were told it would be harder than ACEm2 to get luck here but seeing luck6/7 weps all over the place now...

Unless it's been changed, the smaller the difference between minimum DC and maximum DC, the easier it is to luck.
So Wiz weapons are always going to be easy to luck, as are the fate weapons (currently the only high luck weapons, I believe).

I don't think you have to worry about people running round in luck+7 Dragon Slayers as that would be near impossible.
