M2Server DOESNT WORK!!!

i have done everything the guide says... but M2Server doesnt load up
i have windows XP
i clik it and it says error report and that annoying box "send errror report" "dont send error report"
i have tried to install my server twice now and still the same thing happens
anyone got a m2server a different .exe file incase mine is corrupt.

plzz help me wanna have sum fun on makin server

its workin my m2server has done...
but now wen it connects to test my server it says and i quote
"Not ready 127.0.0.1" wat the *** does that mean

and i wanna know if there is a patch or summets cos i am using Windows XP
and also i was wondering if me not having mir1.4 might be the reason
if it is i have tried to doenload it from several sites

HELP me with m2server

so i have a problem..
i run all of the applications using server control
i now have a workin mir1.4
when all of the applications run they work EXCEPT M2Server...
it loads up and then says "Not ready 127.0.0.1"
it doesnt cause ne errors except for
when i logged onto my account and selected my new charecter
i cliked start and it doesnt load up the actual map... it is just a blak screen ne1 help me plz with info on how to solve the problem plzzzzz ty
