allow exe in your firewall exceptions

Right click > run as admin

Make sure it's all properly configured to the IP you want

Make sure everything linking to it is fine.

what AV program u using ?

U might of allowed the exception in your firewall, but ur AV is still dealing with it?

this is the most likely fault. right click > properties.. then just check the the appropriate box so it runs as admin every time you run the exe.

i allowed it on my fw and Av but it same and if u mean to run it as admin it same it gives me the same

Your database is not connecting to the server, are the password & Username correct for your database? And is the database correctly named e.g. mir2

Let me know once you've checked this and i will help you further.
