M2Server Error

I'm getting this error to do with guilds, i have tried to add tons of guilds and make sure they are in the same order in the DB and guilds/guildlist. I have also tried clearing everything from the guildsinfo and guildslist + guilds folder. Enyway; here is the error:

I have took out the ips below because i dont want anyone connecting to the server untill i think its good enough to go into beta.

is your guild folder in the rite place and u have the rite txts

also could have todo the the db you restored

Guild folder is in the right place, and so are the txts (I think)

Probably is, how could i go about sorting it?

Anyone care to help me with this please, i have searched "LoadGuildInfo" and i have tried the solutions for other people, and nothing has worked.

try deleteing any info in the sql dbs todo with guilds

Tom27, I have done that, still nothing

IceMan, Cheers. I am searching through the DB's now.

On a side note; custom commands have stopped working like @home, key7, and key8.

*EDIT*

Just checked M2Server after playing for a bit, i have noticed this:

[31/01/2010 16:13:04] Unable to write to C:\mrserver\M2Server\Envir\Castle\0\SabukW.txt

I have checked paths and all seem to be right, so i might delete the inis and paste the text in to a new one. Also, after clearing everything to do with guilds, still same error :S.
