M2Server.exe errror TD`s 2.3 Server Files!

Hey i am trying to set these server files up on windows 2k3 server standard edition! I got everything setup came to opening the gates all the gates loaded fine then when i opened M2server.exe this is the problem that is coming up!! I have asked a few peeps and they have said they have never seen this error before someone help please!!

installed microsft server 2000? restored the db?,got all the ini"s correct? got all the ip"s correct?

Installed morcorosoft sql 2k installed sql 2k SP3 created the mir2 db restored it changed the ip`s in my files chnaged the SQL configs in setup.txt and dbserv.ini ran the files and this what happens! I dont feal i have done anything wrong i think i need some sort of patch for Windows server 20003 standard ???

welll you need to change Microsoft Access to SQL 2000 thats proberly why your getting that error.

I set him a MSSQL DB for him to restore and run the server off but got error. I will send him a set of files.

the files in releases are as uptodate as hes gonna get and all the inis are directed to SQL ,

they are only the 2 single downloads put together with the DB updates from TD files my basic and my new exes posts on the other forums. tried and tested using the names for the DB in the inis and making sure you make a password.

why is he/she using access any way. is my question ??????????
