m2server has encountered a prob

Hi all, im using XP...

right, when I open m2server, it doesnt load I just get an error and it says 'm2server.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience'...

so how can I fix this... all the m2servers I find seem to have this problem so whats causing it?

no firewall but im thru a router.. I want to set server up on lan, then later online (with lan you can use 127.0.0.1 right?)

isnt that the unPnP prob?

Cntrl + Alt + Del.
Find svchost.exe on LOCAL SERVICE.
End Process it.

just do the easy way...

star>run>msconfig>services

and uncheck "sppd discovery service" and reboot

sigh... it was the uPnP...

I had done that on other machine what I was going to host on, but not this 1... forgot to do it..
