And it does that for about 100 pages

also getting Charecter make error=4

Yea ur StdItems.db is screwed.

You have a duplicate idx or u skiped an idx eg 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, ( 4 is missing)

And that char create error, Check the paths of DBSrv.ini in Mirserver\Mud2\DBsrv200\

Whilst ur there delete the items inside

Mirserver\Mud2\DBsrv200\FDB

an IDX is the number of the item, on the stditems you see;

Idx - Name - Stdmode - Shape - Weight ect ect..

the IDX should go 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10.....

D:/ProgramFiles/Mir Server Files 1.4/Mud2/DB

Make sure the path is C:\mirserver\mud2\DB <<<for 1.4

He might have the files in DIFFERENT directory... The directorys you said definately are not being used by everyone.

Just out of curiosity, were you demonfist on euro p server?

Right, just to make sure, your files are in what directory right now? And have you changed the paths??

my path in BDE adminastrator is

Mirserverfiles1.4=>Mud2=>DB (inside DB folder is)
Magic.db
Stditems.db
Monster.db
DBDWORK.config

i have a feeling i need a Map.db ? lol
