m2server problems :(

well i run m2server and it comes up with this

Windows socket error: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted (10048), on API 'bind'

i would take a screenshot but its on my upstairs computer which doesn't have the internet and i cba putting it on disc ;P

anyone know how to fix this? thanks.

if its windows xp disable the SSDP directory service, im not 100% but that may be it

www.fernys.co.uk get UnPnP disbale it if you have alrdy done this enable it and re disable it again and this should solve the problem
