goto control panel and open BDEadmin

and make sure the path is correct for HeroDB

C:/korea/mud2/DB

or the drive you have your files on

You need to have installed something like DBCommander, which installs DBE. You would then goto control panel and run DBE Administrator and add a new paradox database, called herodb to \path\to\your\databases.

So I need DB Commander or it wont work at all?

I dont want to edit anything and its not going to be LIVE just on my PC.

You need DBcommander even if your just running it on your pc and not going live

TY .. DL'd 30 trial of DBC and did the BDE thing and all works well. ....... apart from no mobs spawning but cant have everything lol

well you need to do the Mongen.txt then

Master Pimp/Corrane

goto C:\korea\Mir200\Envir
and delete mongen.txt (this is a dummy file)

now rename "MongenOriginal.txt" to Mongen.txt and then your mobs will be spawning


heres the crack for db commander if you want it

it is not always Korea, it can be Mirserver.
If you dont want to delete anything, copy the contents of the MongenOriginal.txt and paste it into the Mongen.txt document.
