Personally I would start with Baby steps, you need to get up and running a Mir3 Server to start with, work out what everything does and learn how to add in graphics for mobs etc. I dont mean to be "rude" but it sounds like a Million miles away from Idea to conception. So you plan to change every single mob, every item and so forth and how are you going to make the maps??
