hey guys just wondering if and one can tell me how to assign a spell to a book and what all the ac1, ac2, etc. mean when assigning that spell.

Put this in your STDitems.db Database
IDX Number - Spell Name - Class - Weight - 0 - 0 - 0 - Level Required for Spell
The only other columns that matter aside from those first 8 are the price and stock columns, everything else does nowt.
e.g.
358 - Fireball - 1 - 1 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 7 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 0 - 2000 - 5
The IDX Number has to be in order down the page, e.g. 1 2 3 4 5 6 etc
The Spell Name has to been identical to the magic.db version you are trying to add
The Class is defined by the number, 0 for Warrior, 1 for Wizard, 2 for Taoist
The Weight is just how much it weighs in your bag
The Level Required for Spell is, well, self explanatory

u do realise, just by adding the spell to the db, it doesnt automatically make it work.
the spell actually has to be hard coded into the server.
i believe the only set of files which has flamefield working is DM2, though i may b wrong, 1.9 also might have it.
