Agreed Sel.

Hermits don't need a tier system either now that there's no randomness, it should be a flat gain at any level.

I don't understand how this is going to hurt people?

We were never supposed to be able to stack elements like this, it may well have been addressed sooner which would have helped. But needs changing sooner than later.

Any chance we can see a +EXP buff for all players up to the level 44 armour milestone? With things like Banyo in play, so many already 60+ and people just starting hunting in places with 500-1500 exp its really demoralising.

Well since no one is happy, why not just make it exactly as normal Mir 3? No max rolls, no choice on element and everyone go back to the default state the game was designed in.

After several people have abused element build, it resolves to change, who loses with this are the newbies, level up fast no more!

This is the perfect time to add accesory reset because after this update almost everyone will be stuck with a bunch of useless +att element items...

Sins only use lightning to be honest, ive tested both fire and lightning hermit, including full torches and items with fire+ and lightning+

Only puppet with lightning stone is good as it also affects dragonrepulse damage.

Fire puppet does exact same dmg with the same amount fire+ with a fire stone as does lightning+ with lightning stone.

On top of that flamesplash is supposed to work with fire, I didnt even notice any damage increase at all, if any +20 dmg max a hit? stupidly underpowered.

Also hellfire is ****, doesnt even poison.

FIre/Lightning hermit is the only fair option for sins imo and only once flamesplash damage is in line with fire+ attack.

So leave it as it is, broken and have insane damage in PvP and PvE then?

The idea is good but the implementation is terrible... as of now everyone is trying to sell their att gear because it will be useless, that's why accesory reset would've been awesome right now but noooo he decided against it...

How will it be useless? It will still offer a better damage increase than flat MC offers.

I would rather have some + element thatst going to increase my damage than flat MC thats going to increase damage at half of that.


Yeah accessory reset would have been cool, needs working into the game at some point for sure. It may devalue some scrub items on the TM but to be fair as the servers population levels up those items dry up anyway, heck some of the necklaces are selling on TM for less than they sell to the shop. I really hope Jamie reconsiders his position on this in the future.

its still good, especially where u have ele+3/4 on higher end base items.

Item progression is stagnant here due to the item refine system, level 4/5 items are still OP stats even in pure element. Element on items is still more of a damage boost than pure MC, just you should need to have the element on higher base stat items and not level 11 items

FYI element build is still worth for tao. It's just a little harder.

Tao use Phantom & Holly (Infernal Soldier - Evil Slayer)

3 options for tao, 66,6% chance to get something useful.

Wizz use Wind - Fire - Ligh (Tempest - Meteor - Chain & JOH)

4 options for wizz, 75% chance to get something useful.

I dont see any problem here.

Well it's not random, you choose how you refine your items.

You can go:

+25 element
+25 MC
+25% MC

I'm not good with numbers, but prior to the tipping point stacking element > MC early game as intended (Jamie has repeatedly said MC wins out late game) then as you enter later game you swap it over to MC > element because it will offer a higher damage.

Very big problem here with what you are saying, you left out sins, random element for sins is **** end of, needs to fire/lightning hermit roll not random.

I don't know any sin who has rolled elements on their Hermit, I don't see any viable build that would make you want to do so either.



I think the biggest loser from this change is Warrior, we now have a 1/7 chance of getting the element we need basically meaning we will never try and roll element. All warriors will go MR/DC after this reboot no other build will be viable.

I dont see any problem here.

Most high lvl mobs have multiple x5 elemental resistance except 2 weakness (1 for tao and 1 for wiz) so you'd be stuck with a element you would not be using at all.
