Making an FTP Client????

Ok, i have gotten the server files, i have used shinoda's guide for making a private server and it worked VERY great, but it says in the guide i quote

"PLZ NOTE: This will only let the game run on the host comp
(the comp which is running the server). To let others connect
you need to set-up and ftp client which I will write in another README."

And i have failed to find that other readme. I have successfully set up a server tho, i have played it as the guide tells you how and im a gm but i would like to know how to set up the FTP client for my friends to join?

You dont need an FTP server just so ur friends can play hun... id like to see this guide u followed please. Just give them ur IP, then assuming u have the external ip and no firewall setup, they will conenct fine.

Hmm i think when the guide said "ftp client" they were talking about give your ip and server name to other people but im not sure.

ok i figured out how to let pl join using ip and such because of muted, thanks you can close thread now
