Setup all my files easily enough , just map problem , from setup.txt i put the link to my ei map folder as..

MapDir=C:\Program Files\WEMADEntertainment\EI\Map\

but when i load up using server control is goes thru every map saying not found

help plz


EDIT: NVM i spelled WEMADE Entertainment wrong :P

Ok one of two things happening here. Either you you madea typo in the dir in setup.txt or you have a ****load of maps in your mapinfo.txt that you don't have.

I've also found it best to have the maps duplicated under the Ei server files dir.

Also, make sure that in your DBServer configuration, where it asks for MapFile Dir that you enter in there the location of your mapinfo.txt file NOT the map dir.

This will cause the exception at startup.
