so been thinking for a bit now, Mass drops although its nice they happen more often now and drop decent amounts of gold, i have noticed a serious lack of items in the drops.
they used to explode and drop expel rings/deathgaunts/bronze gloves and armours etc.
now it just seems to be gold and pots with the odd ebony/monk brace or 1-2 tao/wiz rings(cant remember names)
any chance we can have a tweak to mass drop files? going to places like psc and coming back with a bag full.... of pots to sell to the shop, with no items.
also noticed a lack of added expel rings and the like, which are excellent items when they drop added to gem up (esp for taos/wizzies) and esp with archers attacks being magic based (no moans about nerfs please!)
noticed most item drops seem to be from singular drops, armours etc dropping by themselves but rarely in massdrops. be nice to see some bigger explosions with a bit more variety.
oma caves and things like giantkeratoids/omawarriors seem to have items in drop files. server just seems to have a lack of excitement when something pops. would be nice to have some of the 25ish items drop from masses in places like psc for example.
the other day i got 6x 2000 gold piles from 1 mob in psc. woulda rather it just dropped like 2 gold piles and a few items (expels/shaman helms/skel helms and the like)
another mob file ive noticed is since you nerfed EvilHogs in vipers they drop nothing but pots. so its a mass pot drop. at least if they dropped a few items there would be a chance of getting something added.
food for thought. anyone else agree with this?
