from what I read on massacres forums, hes trying to persuade them that the files arent copyrighted and therefore not illegal

ooo... Are they actually copyrighted though, or is he just saying that?
But i supose, even if he is lieing, they will believe him because most ISP's either are dumb, or they don't care about there customers, just there money... -_-

The email sudjest's that the server files i am using are copywrited wemade/digital brothers files. Which they are not, obvisouly. So how can they fall under the same copyright laws if they have been created by someone else?

They are rewritten 1.9 eumlated files, based around the 1.4 files, which are no longer copyrighted.

Bleh wat the *** r u on about i think (and im pretty sure many ppl will agree with me ) that it was a rally good server GM's were fair .events were held regularly and it wasnt 1 of those ****ty uber stat servers .

some 1 got jealous because all his players were coming to play mass and decided he'd try poison the owners with his bullcrap and sad antics to try make massacre get shutdown

Massacre will be back online some time today. I'll post again as soon as i've set it all up and have uploaded a new exe.

Id like to say thanks to everybody who chipped in and donated for the server. So proud of all of you. Shame I couldn't though.

If it wasn't for the players, massacre would be down for a long time.
