How does + MC% Kit works with Renounce

E.G
base MC - equipment hermit at 100MC
+ MC % - 10%
Lv3 Renounce - +40%

it will be

1 . 100 *1.1 * 1.4 = 154MC
or
2 . 100*(1+0.1+0.4) = 150 MC

Actual Formula:
MC = MC + MC * MCPercent

150 MC
20% From Kit
40% from Renounce
30% from Advanced Renounce


MC = 150 + 150 * (20% + 40% + 30%)
MC = 150 + 135
MC = 285
