EI 5: Should have reduced damage from Elements down TO 0% (No Damage)
EI/V 0: No Change, 100% damage from Elemental
EV 5: should have increased the damage from Elements to 250% (150% Increased from EI:0)

Currently
EI 5: Reducing damage from Elements down TO -50% (Losing Damage)
EI/V 0: No Change, 100% damage from Elemental
EV 5: increasing the damage from Elements to 200% (100% Increased from EI:0)

wouldnt be the indended element dmg "EI" a little bit op in pve?

Thats the official ratio of Attack Elements vs EI/EV. I spent along time testing this on KR.
