well the fw from itchi hits the same every single tick of it.

Ofc, that's how fw works. For every1 ( doesnt matter what lvl / mc / lk u have ). Once u cast 1 fw it will do the same amount of dmg till it runs out. However, if u have max lk and cast more thn 1 fw ( 10, 20 , etc.) all of them would deal the same dmg, while if u dont have max lk dmg will be diferent from 1 to another:

- for ex. 1st fw will do 27 dmg/tick ; 2nd will do 32 dmg/tick ; 3rd 17 dmg/tick...and so on.

Cooldown is too fast. Damage is WAY too high. And from my experiences while the spell is cast the user should be bolted to the ground. Not for long... but u shiuldnt be able to move instantly.. if your stupid enough to use it in pvp. Then u deserve to ****ing die when u miss. Wizzes have LOADS of spells to use in pvp.so save meteor for pve I dont care if your a sitting duck. Its your own fault ...

This guy is right, mechanics of MS are simple.
- Like he said when casted, user should be rooted to the ground untill the dmg from skill is done ( just before the animation ends )
- If u cast MS and get hit (flinch) right after u cast, the dmg from MS should be interrupted.

Imho, it should hurt (not insane, but pretty hard) as it's a kill or be killed skill. If not used well it leaves u defenseless 90% of the time u have to teleport or just die.

Well I was saying this from just 1 FW but now that I think about it after what you have said when oks room is FWd all the damage ticks are the same.

I am hoping toget some high luck on a war weapon but I can't get past 3 even though I die less than the wizards.

Its a lvl 49 skill, and as such i think its damage / stuck time is in balance. 4 seconds for a warrior is plenty of time to floor a wizz + extra on top. Thats my opinion.

well ok, whitetiger im sorry i was a bvit harsh, i never thought about it before i commented on your post.

i am/was freinds with both mace and itchi, both of them tested it on me when the change was made, neither of them hit me for over 350hp. itchi has luck 7 and didnt do more than that so i dont understand how everyone else is getting dropped by it (maybe wizzy yea). luck 7 makes attacks do same damage every time or am i wrong? so one test should be sufficient with itchi.

i am saying its overpowered, even though they will both tell me it isnt.

EDIT - also i can walk out of the damage and not get hit by all 8. still what area does it hit? 3x3? so thats 8x75(if all 8 hit me and i got 350 damage)x9. yes it sounds very OP but come on this GM has made changes on things from such little info before and the server pretty made a petition about it and turn him into a rude non helpful person.

itchi and mace both tested it infront of sam, itchi was getting 6-8 hits of 100 per hit, if the starget stands still in it, thats how ppl are getting owned by it.
