A guide to adding minimaps
Step one:
Firstly open MapMaker and open the map you wish to add a mini map for.
The click file, then save to bitmap. Like so...
Step Two
Open paint then go into the folder you opened the map from and you will find a bitmap image called map.bmp
Open this then click image, then stretch/skew. In horizontal/vertial its says 100. Replace the 100 with 25 so it looks like this. Once done click ok.
So for this map it would be:
mapname 69

Once this is done save it and close paint.

Open LomImageViewer and then open mmap.wil in your lom client data folder. Click along till you find an empty space to put your minimap in.
Once found the space click on it then click import. Then find your map.bmp you save and click ok. The image will now be in the mmap.wil but dont close LomImageViewer.
Step Four
Open minimap.txt in:
mirserver\mir200\envir
Scooll to the bottom and type in the mapname following the pattern that the rest use.
It works like this.
Map mmap.wil number
The map is obviously what the map is called.
The mmap number is the number that your mmap image is in mmap.wil.
Step three
Open LomImageViewer and then open mmap.wil in your lom client data folder. Click along till you find an empty space to put your minimap in.
Once found the space click on it then click import. Then find your map.bmp you save and click ok. The image will now be in the mmap.wil but dont close LomImageViewer.
