Its probably not a new skill. But it seems not many people know about it so here it is....

It is a dc based skill. In other words it works off dc.

The screenshot below is with luck hit so its hitting about 3/4 of the max dc when it hits luck.

CHM doesnt cast like Icestorm and doesnt hit all the way around you.

tbh i had this on my server im sure i did. nowt new but yeh it hits like t storm same distance n same delay. but its cool.

well the point is that it cant be put has CHM because it has a range on it and doesnt hit all aorund you so...
