Seeing as the original site was taken down a while ago and no sign of it coming back, ive decided to make my own, its not affiliated to any server and the items stats can be found on other servers sites but this site is purely going to be for information purposes only.

its in early stages and im not a coding expert, but i write my own html and css, use my own graphics that i edit myself and borrow a little bit from other sites.

The one is dedicated to the EURO mir as for me thats all i remember and loved

It would be possible to convert to a USA set of stats but for now that doesnt interest me.

Ill update it as often as i can, so far all ive done is the Weapon and Armours (not 100% sure on the proper stats of heaven/mir/crystal/oma king robe as i never used those on my server so i dont have the correct stats for them.

mobs and items and maps will be ripped form my own HeroesEU server as i wrote all those stats myself based from the original euro stats.

nice one I think it is very useful to have a site like this to show stats and items so that sort of info is not forgotten over time

What I wish I had done in the past was kept all the info from the mir3 global server... especially the assassin class so I could recreate the skills how they worked on global (i'm still considering making a C# mir3 set of files I just have not had the time to do research on exactly what I would need to work on)

I'm thinking of making a C# site specifically for keeping certain files accessable for people who want to make a server... a sort of pick and mix for content... I got as far as creating a html5 canvas for displaying animations (as a file preview)... then I got sidetracked trying to auto generate mir3 shaddows and have not done any work on the website since lol

redesigned the look and feel of the site to show my support for the shanda C# files

will include links but atm just working on stats and desiogn layout untill im happy with it (probably wont ever be happy with it

Also redesigned how i made my tables up as the old style showed offesets differently depend on your browser and that bugs the crap out of me, the new style will look fine on either FF or Chrome which are the main 2, no bothered about mobile support, as this is just a hobby site for me.

yeah exactly as far says its basic filler text, not worried about the main index just getting the site up off the ground and working on layouts, but is being worked on then uploaded as and when i do the work, the css has changed so the armours wont look right untill ive written it out properly, i didnt like the old style.

most of the info will now look how the start of the weapons look once ive built all the images up correctly, again its just something to do till im happy enough to start on a c# server :P

liking the layout of the site. the custom scroll bar is very annoying being slowed down though - hopefully you'll fix that!

Also make the website full length to the screen. atm only the top half of my browser actually has content.

Hey liking the layout, good effort! Needs a bit of improvement, I think it'd be really good if you had the border bit bigger and perhaps making the length a bit wider as at the moment I can only just about view 2 items at a time with a glitchy scroll. Also the content isn't fitting in the border either,looks out of place like the item image/info is overlaying it. Could do with the copyright fitting well in the bar at the bottom. Overall, good job.

thanks for the feedback. i was hoping to replace the standard scrollbar to be abit more fancy i guess, trouble is like you say it appears to be buggy so just for ease of use which is what i want the site to be ill revert it back to default.

ill look into making it fullscreen aswell

EDIT: ive updated the changes and removed the background image for a bit while i sort it out. also the armours are done.

now i dont get any offset issues with the images.... but i ony use chrome or firefox, ive looked through it on IE and thats fine, i dont use opera or safari.

yeah i completely agree, once the basic designs done then the content can come but if it used but VERY basic designs and didnt a pre made theme then i could add my content, but its a hobby and and done for fun.

just gutted the old mir2resource site went, it was a good info site and thats all i want to achieve

im a control freak (an honest control freak) i dont share because i like things my way

plus i want the site to be free from server affiliates so its purely a place for anyone to go and look at the info if they want it.

I notice you're inputting the data all manually. As a suggestion you might find it better to convert your page to php and gather the data from a database - or even a csv file.

It'll get rid of any manual work you have to do, make everything easily update-able, and a lot less steal-able.

cheers far, but if im honest i dont really know that much, im a very simple coder if knowing html can really be called coding as its not that difficult, but its all self taught and i do it for kicks.

if someone wants to rip the info, they will find a way one way or another so i just do what i do and if only 1 person likes it and finds it usefull its great, if no one does, atleast its keeping the html/css fresh in my head.

plus trying to design a website that supports multiple browsers over different resolutions verses different platforms, it becomes a headache and i just want to enjoy it so chrome and firefox are all i really test it on, its probably not even mobile friendly either but ho hum

Few bits, but overall I love the site. Very Mir styled, whilst not being grossly outdated.

-The footer is currently using a z-index to appear above all content I believe. This is fine, other than when the lists are present (items etc). It doesn't look good going over content there in my opinion.

Perhaps think of separating it, allowing some space between #content and #footer

- The scrolling. At present there is no indication that it scroll at all, other than if you are lucky your resolution will have a 'page fold' where it cuts an item listing in half etc. I know you removed the scroll as it was working funny, but that was because it was trying to be suave

In my opinion slap in a standard scroll bar. Or if you wana be fancy, add a fade for the last 30-40px of the #content (that would tie in with the footer point above too )
