Hello everyone. Have not been on here for a while. Recently I have had the urge to get some old mir files to play with, set up a server, and run around to reminisce on old times. However, I have come to a dead end.

There was a time where I did not require to go through so many steps just to start a simple MIR server, ie; Mysql or MsSql.

I remember and used to have old MIR files where I did not require to set this program up, instead I would start up the gates (with IP changes) to be able to play the game offline, or LAN with my brothers.

Today, I see that things have changed a lot. Is there any server files, simple enough, like the old days, to set up and play a simple MIR server? I have looked through most of the files provided and all require to have MySql or MsSql to be set up. Some files I cant even D/L because of expired pages and so on. I am very noob at this and truthfully do not have the time to go through so many steps just to play a 2.5d game :P call me lazy, w/e

If anyone has any info, or links to something more simple to set up please let me know. Thank you.

Awesome, Thank you. I will take a look at these files.

To my surprise, I put my wits together and learned how to use MsSql. Got it running with TD's server files. The only problem I have is my log-in screen is unresponsive. I can type in ID and Pass, but cant create an account in-game. Is there anyway to fix that? Or can I create an account through Sql, or the server files?

Does it give a response if you use the wrong ID or pass? If so then its probably wrong server name/quantity in the client files
