Looks like Mir and WoW had a drunken **** and produced this.

Not saying that's a bad thing, just looks very much like Mir and WoW (or any other high end 3D MMO, they all follow the same kind of guide lines) merged together, which imo destroys what Mir has always been about... If you want graphics, wtf are you doing on Mir? I've always loved Mir because it has that old school feel of a game you played when having a cd-rom in your pc was pretty impressive, when your monitor was about 10ft long and still gave you a **** small picture.

Countless times I've picked up my Mega Drive (and even Master System) and played the old games that I used to love, and still enjoyed them, that's what Mir has always been about, imo.

Having said that, it does look rather good graphically, it's by no means on the level of WoW etc, but it might mean more new players, which is clearly starting to become an issue as more and more people sway to the "Ooooh, pretty graphics!" type games.

it looks like they have breathed some life into this corpse of a game to be honest. And ofc people are swaying to better graphics...obviously going to happen.

It doesn't even look like mir 3, it looks like woool. But it's not, it's mir2

To be fair, it does look abit like mir3, it even has a mir3 armour in a screenshot when hes on a horse.

the question is have someone work on it or try to get all running ? have it restrictions like only 30 days or only 10 ppl or else ?

I know its a few weeks old but has anyone managed to donwnload the client and look at the maps?

Ive use shorty's and hh8 map viewers to look at these maps, with the objects and tiles used in this client and well, maps just dont appear to be how they are with tiles just randomly placed all over the place, exactly the same as if I try to look at em ingame.... is there something i need to do differently?

i had other problems with client as example npc look or interface. the maps was possible to see with kaori mim
