Take http://AServ.ownage.org.uk. Look at it in IE, Opera and FF.

in IE the news headers randomly aint the full height they should be (if you select the news title, IE corrects the bit you selected (attatched)
In FF/Opera the forum renders nicely beside the menu, in IE it sometimes renders beside the menu, but mostly it renders underneath the SourceForge button.
In otherwords * > IE (Including Lynx, Links etc :P)
