Once the server is live we will hopefully be offering 24/7 Support between a few members of the team (one of which works nights with access to the internet).
Although much of the support may require myself to look into (technical issues regarding specific aspects of the games content) the larger scope of support can be controlled remotely (e.g. rebooting the server).
This can be done by posting a message on our facebook support page which will automatically alert us.
In addition feel free to like the page as it gives us a good idea of how many people are interested in this feature
