Lol so that info that its a week from end of beta is wrong then. The rumours grow lol...

Beta will most likely end the last week of January, then a beginning of February release, that's my guess anyway.

Quite a few people are under the impression that beta has already ended, with the release of the final 0.09 Beta Patch, and the comment at the bottom thanks to all who helped in beta.

Can we get samuel to comfirm that?

If beta had ended there wouldn't still be people on the server would there? They're said it's the last beta patch, not that beta has ended.

Tbh i got the same idea that shevok had.. not everyone stalks the launcher to see if anyone is actually online

Unless rumours are true that they are just messing around on the server, untill gms are ready. And surely why wud they label it as a last beta patch wen it aint the end of beta, Surely they are still patchin things as they go along, if they are still in beta. And convention dictates, i believe u thanku peeps publically when somethin ends not in the middle.

I hope u can see where the confusion lies with that post.

Doesn't take much sense to know if it had ended the dev team would have said so, and no one would be posting on the bug section :P

And yes it doesn't make any sense at all to say it's the last beta patch, when beta is still open for x amount of days later, but they have :/

Why would we patch it and then insta-close it with no-one checking changes? I'd think that was a no-brainer.

Only problem is, if the launcher user count is correct(seems to be up to around 5 people online).

Thing is, we just dont know, in the last few days since that last beta patch post, there has been a huge increase of posts saying when will it be live, i dont blame them tbh, but i think now we need to know if its beta or not still,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has shown an interest and taken part in our closed beta testing phase, and look forward to seeing everyone on live.



to me thats sounds like a thanks every for helping in closed beta, looking foward to seeing everyone when live.

Says on FB they will close beta then double check everything or something like that. I just came here to see if there was anything newer and got snared by schlongs post. Funnier here than FB

There may not be any more patches... but they wouldn't close beta the moment they've done a patch, whether it be the 'final' patch or not... The patch still needs to be checked out before they make it live otherwise if there is something wrong with the patch and it's already gone live the GM's will have a few people moaning at them and saying they haven't done the job properly... They're doing their best to get it all done as fast as they can so that everyone can go play it... They have other jobs to do too, like everyone else.
YES you have all been waiting a long time for it, but do you want it 70% perfect or 99%?? (it's will never be 100% because there will always be something that will need tweaking or something like that... like all games...).

I'm just hoping loads of people don't loose interest in the game after a year or so.... because that will mean all their hard work was for nothing :S .

Now that live is just around the corner has there been anything done about the most boring class to level up... Warrior? I want to play warrior but 3-5 skills all the way upto the newer ones isn't going to be entertaining. Last I saw the new warrior skills where 45+. I played v1 from like 2 weeks after it opened and only got level 46 lol.
