I take it you are using the Mir Server Editor, this was built for 1.4. My personal opinion is to learn the files yourself and not rely on MSE. But in answer to your question, you can install to anywhere I beileve, when installed goto File > Preferenaces and set the paths its stats. (Bearing in mind I havnt seen MSE for about two years now lol.)
