Just a thought....

50 weapons have been changed and there's talk off new content on the way.

Even talk of a lvl 60 cave or 60 weapons i seen on another thread.

So , my thoughts are ... Mir items are going to become **** gear before they even drop....

Infact currently unless gemmed they already are ****.

So 2 options that i can see are boost the stats on the items as there is currently little to none in-game

2. Make mir items alot more attainable , So that 1 they are in-game before they become redundant & 2 so people will gem them instead of keeping them for a "showcase" piece.

Would also generate a fair few EM fights i'd imagine.

Thought's ?

Scaling them every 10 levels enables them to be te best items for that level bracket.

People will always make better items with balls, ie 3 slot and +3 dc gems plus some acc... You wouldn't expect a Mir item to be better.

Scaling them to levels would give people an incentive to level. Essentially an item for life.

Option 3 - make them scale like heaven armor does - Bad idea, people like the incentive of being able to hunt more items, whats the point of having one kit through out the late game.

Option 4 - give a part and full set bonus. - Not really a viable option in my opinion with the current drop rate whats the chances of one person getting the 2-3 items never mind the whole kit, on the test server with the current stats i had 102 dc with full mir kit, my old kit was better and that was just gemmed 35-40 items.


Mir kit needs better stats and they need to be a little bit more common, gm's should have people camping this boss and having mass fights every time EvilMir spawns

I was actually thinking about this today. Mir items need to either have a much much much much higher drop rate off of EM ( which would EM a really good boss to kill) OR they have to add Mir items at a decent rate to other higher level bosses, ie hell cave bosses / Jichon Devil.

Essentially what is currently the case is these items are so rare that by the time they drop there useless in which case whats the point of even having them? Also for the GM's making good use of existing items means less need to create new content, which lets be honest is a bit behind as it is. This could be tweaked in what 20-25 mins and a reboot, this would add something new to the server for your players.

There should never be 1 item / set that * upgrade's* every set amount of level's.

If some1 has the nuts and gets lucky they could make the best kit in-game period. which is wrong.

On the other hand you will say that there will be better items to come, which will once again make them redundant and only a trophy item,
barring certain piece's, shoes necky armour wep.

On another note there already is a set bonus ( i believe ) , Altho the +1 luck from set bonus is OP and should be removed . 1 on neck 1 on armour is plenty

obviously boots necky armour and weps should be considerably more rare that other piece's.

imo it would be good for the game and introduce abit of variety into accessory department.

New content that is already to go imo its a thumbs up

Few things could be done to make EM so so much more fun. So much potential for huge fights on Mir yet server creators don't feel the need.

Remove the 30min run, it's boring and pointless. Make it so that you teleport into a medium sized room just before the KR.

Make EM Spawn every 3hours.

Make it so that you can only tele in 10minutes before the boss spawns. You get Random-Teleported into this room. Once the boss spawns, the door to KR opens up and you can no longer teleport back in. Cannot walk back out once walked into KR.

Huge all out brawl begins with each and every guild who attended. The winning guild (basically last man standing) is allowed to recall their guild to kill the boss.

Mir is about the fights over bosses, not the actual boss itself. If the above existed, then EM would be seen as a challenge and you could make Mir items the proper "end-game" items they deserve to be. As it stands I see no reason why Mir items should be decent statted. The boss/fights for it is a complete joke.

You have a kind of high rate look on it (i think) , i wouldn't agree with most of that.

Altho i really don't see the harm in removing lightening cave and only having to run lava cave, still a fairly long run but not nearly as off putting as the 30 min run.

Evil mir is like a lottery. It has the potential to return far higher than anything, but most of the time when you do win a prize.. It's a ****ing toaster or a mir belt.

@Harry i know but fact is 1 year later there is 1 belt 2 braces in-game.

Updates, even tho they maybe be slow , Will eventually make mir items totally redundant before there even accessible.

The stats on every other mir item are insane though, or the effects. It's only mir brace and belt which are appalling :/

ring isn't to exciting ,

i don't believe the stats do need looking at if they we're made more attainable , but if there going to drop once every 4 or 5 months , then clearly they should be outstanding.

( just had a good nosey at mir items , tbh weaps are way OP ) only brace and belt could do with a touch.

but if rates changed on them then brace is fine imo , gemmable if theres a few floating about .
