btw..is it ok to not have a auto patch?

Try downloading a new Video driver like i said in the other thread .

Right click on your desktop , go to properties then go onto the Settings tab and see what one you have , simple like making Pie :P..

Are u using 1.9 client and not 1.4? might sound silly but meh cud b :P

edit : i got euro mir (1.9) installed and got the priv server files from www.fernys.co.uk

I'm new to this but i had that problem when setting server up found out it was the mir.exe. changed it and it was alright.

Just an idea to try worked for me.

Rachel if u have 1.9 client and fernys files you need to download either a new client... 1.9 client isnt compatible with 1.4... check on richens website for a link to a mir 1.4 client

I had that problem once it was cos i was using the 1.4i files instead of 1.4 :S dunno if thats any help to you or not >.<
