mir2 1.4 Server can run Online without MSSQL?

This is my first time using mir2 server. Does it need MS SQL to be able to go online so others can connect? Or its just run without MS SQL?? EI is run off MS SQL but is mir 2?

Ok thank you now i have another problem. I cant find the right mir 2 stuff to connect perfect with my server... As soon as i see server message it the client shuts off. Then i tryed using the Client.zip files that came with the server files. Everything was flashing and all weird can anyone help?

make sure you definately got mir1.4 and all the patches required (for the items and stuff that are in your DB)

Where can i download mir2 1.4 ? I cant find any working links? Can you help me out lol.

theres one lying around on this server somewhere..try searching..in fact there is two, but both have a space in the url so that's probs why it doesn't work
