Hi, I'm a noob developer. and try to running mir2 version 1.4
yes, it is quite old vesion

Actually, everything was going smoothly until yesterday.
I set up HeroDB in the BDE Adiministrator, booted the servers sequentially, and finally back to 2002 in ginkotree town.

But yesterday night, I must have messed up some settings, because the bichun map(0.map file) turned black.
While NPCs, monsters, and everything else were moving normally, but map was only turned black.

I thought my data might have been corrupted, so I deleted all the files, redownloaded them, and set them up again. But that didn't solve the problem.

Since the map appeared normally when I entered the building, and I thought the problem was with the bichun map(0.map) file.
so I downloaded that file Other new clients and pasted it in, but it didn't work.

Since it was the same even after a new install,
so, I thought there might be something affecting that file path, and I tried a completely new file path,
but it was the same. I don't know how this could happen.

After about 12 hours of trying, none of the methods worked.
If it had been like this from the beginning, it wouldn't have mattered,
but it's disconcerting that this happened on a map that was clearly functioning properly.

If anyone knows how to do this, please help.

I'll also include the instructions I used to set it up.

Check your Client folder has the Map, normally the server wouldn't load if you are missing map files.

I'm glad I finally solved this problem.

I discovered that there was a problem with my client setup file. (mir2_full_1.4)
The antivirus program had corrupted the map file within the compressed file.

I didn't expect it to scan the compressed file as well.
It turned out that the problem was caused by trying to re-enable the corrupted file.

I completely re-downloaded the file from mir2file and tried again, starting with the compressed file,
and everything went back to normal !

Thank you!
