Mir3db Problem!!!

ive been told that my mir3db is corrupt!! can some one plz upload a link to a known good standard file as the one i have came from the latest download of MSRF 2.9b so im guessing that the file is corrupt from there.

Thanks for any help, if its not a corrupt database can someone tell me what it is as ive been stuck at this point for 4 days now with no definite answer.

I take it ur following a guide yes? Are u putting sa and ur password in on that screen? if so dont, leave them blank press next and put them in there. Simple errror but i made it aswell.
