[2.3] Missing Map Help

[Praktica]

Fixed the last 2 requested help questions myself. But now i'm really stuck.
All of my gates are connecting fine, all bugs & gate problems have been sorted.

All the IP addresses are still set to offline (127.0.0.1),
Yet when I try to connect offline, Im getting "Server Offline" when attempting to log on.

Somebody please help ..
I've been trying for 2 hours now and still can't fault why the server won't connect

Make sure all the server names are the same in the ini's, show a screen of loginserver

Have you happen to tweak your PC by any chance?
This happened to me, when you fiddle about with computer settings it wont allow you to run files for some reason.

Try and do a system restore from the point you did tweaks (if you did) and this should sort the problem out.
DONT FORGET TO BACKUP/UPLOAD YOUR FILES FIRST!
