seem to have abit of it -.- and was wondering can it be caused by to many mobs in 1 map? or a few maps? ?

nope server runs on another pc i play on a differnt 1 aswell
also server was on my old pc and i used 2 play on that and server didnt have mob lag but now iv started sortin out lots of mob spawns etc its seems laggy =x

1)how many spawns do u have in the map u get the lag?
2)also is the server up for a long time when u try to play?
3)how is the cpu % usage on the server machine?
4)are u playing on lan or on the net?

spawns can have like around 500 mobs in a 600x600 respawn time 10 -15mins ish
its not in every map

i shall reduce the amount of mobs i have loads that spawn on 1 map now aswell
is pc hosted on a server and are you playing over the internet or simply in lan?
if you are in lan then this is strange..
u must check a few things for me.. since i think that the server pc is okay try playing in that map with another pc (not the one u said you are using).. and see if u get all that lag.. i think it can be something caused by the number of monsters the pc must show on the desktop and if the pc you play on is without the correct gpu drivers it could lag with a lot of images to display together.. but i'm not sure..
to see whats the problem u must try.. i think server pc is okay anyway because it will start lagging if the cpu hit the max usage.. or if another periferic had some problems.. like for example the hardisk or the network card..

your comp still ran with that hanging?
anyway.. lag won't kick in until a few hours later.. (takes time loading mobs)

probably had more that one mem stick.. i'm still impressed anyway that the pc didnt burn the other hanging stick.. lol

i have 2 of them ram stick things and its a brand new custom built pc but wen i got it i like to look at it :P and i took them 2 sticks out not having a clue lol and put them back and i didnt relise that click and have clips =P
but my bro sorted now i a mob lag free server ^_^
