Mob Spawning Problem

Before anyone asks, I have searched and I found a couple threads but none had any answers.

So heres my problem and it hopefully has a simple answer:
I can't get mobs to spawn anywhere

I have them in the Mongen file, I have a folder with the same name as the Map and a notepad with the map name and the mapfile name, heres what the notepad says:

I also have all the mobs in the NoClearMonList

And in the mongen notepad I have this:
;Tenta
;loadgen Tenta\Tenta[D406].txt

All the names are correct and I have triple checked on that.

So any ideas?
