Mob Walking Speeds / Flinches when attacked.

Ive been noticing while trying out the wizard class that alot of monsters dont flinch or flinch very long when you hit them with magic. They just keep walking towards you. For example in Wooma Temple Flaming woomas, soldiers, stone temple, etc. Also in flea caves. Having a ping of about 100-150 its hard to get away. Not sure if this is a bug or working as intended.

Flinch on mob was and still is only a visual thing, it didn't doesn't stop or slow down a monster.

While what Jamie says is most likely true. I've also noticed that mobs seem to move just as fast when being attacked, than when not being attacked. Previously, there has always been a short delay after the mob flinches before it moves again. That delay doesn't seem to be present on this server.

100% what i am also seeing.

Jamie said they never did, although I can say for sure they used to.
