MON Magic and RameImg etc?

Can someone make a guide/post links to programs and explain how to add magic looks to monsters etc?

such as how you know which number is for a certain monsters magic attack, such as WT is 92 but i dont know why its this number =S. Also would like to know how the magic is inserted into the files to use =Þ
