Mon regenerate

As most know on High Rate Servers once Taos get Uber SC they can just about solo anything with there poison.
I have already lowered the poison power in M2 Funtion but this doesnt seem to be helping so i was wanting to up Mobs HP Regain.

I think i know how to do this is it setup.txt

Atm its GenMonRate = 10

If i make this say = 20 will the mobs regain HP faster if not can somebody explain how i can do this please.

Or is there anyway i can make certain mobs regain faster than others ?

i think taos poison power is also set in the M2server.exe (if i remeber and its still the same 1.4 but changin mob hp rate wont help much, but make it harder for killing other mobs E.G EM, all mobs will have to have AC AMC and HP lowerd in order for this to not be effected so much for boss hunting

Humm so there is no way of weakening it at all its just a bit stupid how a tao can solo a boss with 120k HP in 15 mins >< if not thanks for help.
