What a load of sh*t. Apex suggested loads of changes during beta and, that i am aware of, barely any of them were made.

This is the same Apex which you are happy to flame but i would imagine at some point or another been happy to use their website with the maps, mobs, char spells, quest guides etc? The guild stopped playing properly months ago but they are still brought up? lol!

On topic, i'd like to test but dont use facebook

Some quick questions:

Does Monk cast spells or reliant on As?
if they cast will they do sufficient damage to do bosses solo to some extend like sin can do zt?
or will they just mainly tank?

I can't give an official answer, but I am sure Sam mentioned they are a mid ranged class that uses spells, and are good at soloing.

As Jica said.

They are intended to be a mid range style class that will be ideal for the lone wolf style player (very good solo leveler), but not necessarily a solo bosser... However, past experience has taught me that what we intend isn't always how the player uses, so without field data we can't know for sure how good they are for bossing.

No offence or hate on me but , you add a new class yet the curent classes are not corectly balanced ? you said you will do some changes and balances and they did not come , maybe do something to the curenct classes then focus on the Monks? :P this way you will have more time to sort out the curent classes ... like i said no hate on me this is just my 2 cents , i actually like the ideea that there will be a new class comming i just feel that the server needs other things sorted rather then adding monk , like some drops EG , lvl 50 WEPS that are not droping yet you guys said they are in drops ... never seen a 50 Warr / Archer / Sin / Tao wep just 1 wizz lvl 50 wep in so many months , no new spells that are suposed to be in drops since months ago , StrongDragonRing and StrongKnightBracelet are not droping in numas but they suposed to be droping them , and many other things ...Great job on the server but please focus on fixing things first :P


PS : because of the people that were using sun pot script or cheat or what it was called many of us have to suffer and cant do hunts that we used to do because of the sun pot delay ... did the players that used those programs / cheats / scripts what were they called get banned ? will sun pots go back to normal like they were ?

Class balancing happens all the time... The main classes that could do with a little boost are Archers and Taoists and we recognize this and I suspect Archers will be first inline for their boost... I don't think the classes are as incorrectly balanced as you are suggesting (my 2 cents).

I am not sure what the expectation is for level 50 weapons... There are 5 (which include 2 wiz weapons, 2 taoist weapons and a sin) in game across multiple classes, bosses that can be killed without a large number of people of an adequate level won't drop them... BH is currently going over drops to ensure of spelling mistakes of certain items, maybe raise a thread so he adds these to his list, but from the statistics... I again, think your making a bigger deal out of it than it is.

The spells are part of BH's list of things to look through, some were recalled after being announced as I said in another thread, I would like to see a "yes these are in/now in" or "no these are not in yet" before the next reboot.

Who dictates what Numas should and shouldn't drop? Unless BH has said Strong items should be in Numa drops, then I don't see why Numas should drop anything valuable very often because of how good their exp is. And I am not saying Strong items are not in Numa drops, because without checking I really don't know...

Maybee my spelling is bad and you did not understand me ,what i said i did not want to sound in a bad way :P about strong items i said that because BH said numas drop them , as for lvl 50 weps i only seen 1 wizz staf the one Waleran was using and sold to Proxu and for balances , Taos atm are the worst class you can possibly play on here because they are really boring and no fun at all ( ofc people will flame now ) and for the balance that i said , some things are not ok in-game at least from my point of view , for eg Warrior can spam S-Dash , Sin can spam Shadow Step ( can fail sometimes ) then you have Archer that has clone , but he needs to cast then wait because he has a CD on it and swap with the clone ( can sometime fail aswell ) . you Have wizzard that can Spam Meteor Blizz Meteor Blizz Meteor Blizz and FF with no CD between them and Taos with PC that has a CD , Again i am sorry if i did not express myself corectly

On topic, i hope they use SC to be honest, Monk's are all about spirituality/meditation etc =) Not really witchcraft. Not sure if its too late but can you look at coding the Mir3 Tao combat kick into the class (if its not there already) that would be awesome!

Forsaken - apex? Lo we have a few members, mainly ex org and original forsaken

50 **** is dropping
Spells are dropping
Sun pot delays will only stop the unskilled players killing bosses, we manage fine, but then again we didn't rely on auto sun pots so we were toughened up from the start, drops are fine can't wait for monk

Not entirely representative. Only 7 of those 50+ in Forsaken do regular guild hunts, 5 Don't play Mir anymore and the rest play to lvl rather than hunt the big bosses.

We also regularly hunt and do the bigger bosses without any of those lvl 50+
