Not entirely representative. Only 7 of those 50+ in Forsaken do regular guild hunts, 5 Don't play Mir anymore and the rest play to lvl rather than hunt the big bosses.

We also regularly hunt and do the bigger bosses without any of those lvl 50+

Plus the few bikes/pay2level chars.

Forsaken - apex? Lo we have a few members, mainly ex org and original forsaken
Sun pot delays will only stop the unskilled players killing bosses, we manage fine, but then again we didn't rely on auto sun pots so we were toughened up from the start,

From the outside Forsaken looks the same as apex. Dont like fighting avoid fighting. Guild hunt in large numbers and then act all holier than thou but being the only ones on the server who even knew where OKS was for a few months as most of the testers were apex.

They are intended to be a mid range style class that will be ideal for the lone wolf style player (very good solo leveler), but not necessarily a solo bosser... However, past experience has taught me that what we intend isn't always how the player uses, so without field data we can't know for sure how good they are for bossing.

Lol. the fact she put questions to me was a bad thing? Heaven forbid a GM knows **** that's going on on the server and passes it on to the rest of the team if it was actually worth bringing up.(I distinctly remember seeming to piss sam off by passing on info on **** that was happening on the server in fact, guess I was more interested)

No info for anything came from me, I only got peoples problems through her(and that wasn't just apex members though many of apex where whiny bitches if i'm honest). Also regarding the OKS thing? if you were to bother looking at peoples streams which i'm sure can still be viewed. 99% of the testing phase was streamed for all to see.

You can point your finger and say corrupt all you like, I am not.

p.s. for the sake of being slightly on topic, i'll take a look at monk if you want, it will never live up to my expectations though. :P

The best Taos in good kit who know how to play the class and have done for years are fine.

The new starters etc will struggle as most other classes no longer require them to hunt. That's the issue.

2. Its taken the monk 6months to reach beta, asking to add a kick spell now? (Be realistic not dumb)

Number 1. As i only come on the forums a handful of times per week, i haven't had the chance to read every single post especially when the majority of threads for the last 6 months have been the same sh*t repeated. My point about SC was after reading a handful of posts about the drop rate of DC items (which as they are on this thread, i clearly wrongly assumed they were linked to the monk? that plus Jacko's question about them relying on a-speed or casting spells. L2R? I finished school pal, i am very capable of reading. Can the same be said of you? This is the first post i have read about the Monk class.

2. Your point being? Doesn't mean that it's not a spell that can be put in the pile for future releases? (The point was neither unrealistic nor lacking intelligence)

3. As i said before i barely play/read these forums anymore but am looking to get back into m2/this server hence my increasing presence here now. Of the posts that i have read in the last month I have made 2 comments, this being the second, about you mentioning Koriban. It's just something that stands out, again i dont really know who you are but every time i have read a thread and seen a comment from you its either about Koriban, Kickey or its moaning your bag off about the server team and 'their incompetence'. If you dont like the server, the people who play on it or the staff then why are you here at all?

Funny thing really, you calling anyone a nob seems to be just like a pot calling a kettle black and as for the 'little one' comment? Made me smile, i'm embarrassed for you!

Fair enough hastelloy maybe you can read but your ability to use the forum is questionable. A quick search will answer your monk questions without you having to repeat stuff thats already been asked. Perhaps you are just lazy.. Join TKO you will fit right in.

Anyway i do agree that this is going nowhere.

Regarding the testing.
Can i suggest that

all classes are available to play to allow full pvp testing.

Skill rarity is decided before hand and communicated so that the monk can be tested at all stages of its progression. (Example - no point only testing a sin with cresslash during beta because 14months later its not ingame, should test with and without rarest spells)

I think its important to get an as balanced as possible class for each stage and level.

Are there any "game changer" spells so that the testers do not weigh too heavily on inability prior to spell (example wiz are poor before FF)

Will gems be available for testers after a certain amount of testing? Its very important to test "end game" stats and "builds"
Example no point deciding that a spell is balanced and working fine if there is 20+ SC's worth of damage to test on top. Same for the potential aspeed for the melee style attacks if you have decided to make it aspeed reliant.
