Monster Generater?

has neone made a programme that would random generate monster stats for mir2? so like you could put the level you want the person to be able to fight it at, and then it would give u random stats that would go for a monster, then u put them into ur database and choose image like a dice program.
if ne one no's of one, i would like to know where pls

lol thats my fav web page atm, but sorry no, wot i mean is, something that can randomly generate stats for a monster, then u copy them and put them in to a new monster u have created....
