More Chinese info

I am considering releasing more of them untranslated chinese hex's along with more general chinese mir info... I did not want to release these, but the 2 people who said they would tanslate these didnt (MentaL and SirAuron). again i have no idea on what these hex's may archieve. If i decide to release i will post a link to the rich text format.
