i now have this problem while trying to start my server....'

and i was told to install dbc_2000 or summit but it comes up as a incalied win32 opperation

yeah you need to install the dbComander program and create a database HeroDB
it wont work otherwise .

not sure why its not installing ??

i now exactly why... if u downloaded it from fernys that is ur problem.. goto www.dbcommander.com and get it from there for a working copy of it.

Firstly don't use server starter it sucks.
The 'server vertification failed' is because of the server componants - make sure the m2server isn't experiancing everything strange.

And try searching for the answer to the first screeny because I can't say I've ever had that problem before.

i have that problem - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. the system file is not suitable for running <S-DOS and Microsoft widows applications.

Hello Xentha,

There is nothing wrong with using the Server Starter, it works perfectly fine and in most cases does a damn better job at configuring the IP addresses than the user. The reason for your verification error is because you still have one of the IP addresses set wrong (or the path in BDE Admin is wrong). Use the server starter to make all the IP's 127.0.0.1, and check your BDE Admin's HeroDB path.

As for the socket error, just ignore it and use a better version of frontend
