Looks good nice stuff.

As for what it could be used for, well there's already poison cloud for mass poisoning (i know it doesn't red though) and imo it looks more like a healing spell anyway.

My idea is for it to be an AoE HP/MP buff. It casts around the caster and anyone within a certain range will get the buff. Have the recast on it to about the same as how long the spell itself lasts, so you can't just run around giving it to everyone. Maybe change the green colour to blue, or don't, whatever would still look ok.

Love this idea of the buff :) Maybe include it into a item insted! of making it a spell so click the item and this happens

Love the fact people are starting to develop, something gamepotusa will never do.

First spell is awesome.

Second spell is also an awesome idea, just needs a little work.

Third one is cool

Maybe a warrior spell that steals hp from all the mobs surrounding him, then gives it to the warrior?

How you make this Graphics ?

Using Mainly Particle systems in 3ds Max,

Very nice!! I like them all tbh :).

What programs did you use to create these?

/Haz

As above, 3ds max + some photoshop work.

i think someone should make a basic tutorial to making them :)

there are allready lots of tutorials on using the things i have used.
could maybe just link to appropriate ones for people..

Its hard to make tutorials because you need to know a lot of things in order to make what you have in mind. You should also learn about the basic geometry and the material editor and the different opacity maps that you will use (gradiants, falloffs, bitmapped etc) before moving on to basic keyframe animation. As nemo said reading up on particles is very usefull as you will use them most, learn how to use particle flow and also how to make particles follow a spline path. I would also recomend using after effects to composite and add blurs/glows as its easier to control then max.

edit just saw your from manchester nemo where abouts :P im a chorlton lad
