Not sure if working as intended so...but figured I could word it better than others. Personally doesn't bother me lol
The delay between casting spells, is included it when being able to move again.
Not talking about running. Walking before you run after a cast is NORMAL
I'm talking about the delay before you can walk again after casting.
Example...
Standing still
Cast SFB/TBolt etc
...2 Seconds...
Cast SFB/TBolt etc
...2 Seconds...
That's fine if your not moving...but those 2 seconds prevent ANYTHING ELSE as well as casting. You should be able to at least move again after the ANIMATION finishes (Exception of Reincarnation, MeteorStrike etc which specifically mention being unable to move during cast time)

Animation ends
Player moves
Delay finished
