MSE (mir server editor)

im havin a few probs with my MSE .. help me plz ...
i have used the search button and didnt get very far ...
ive had it installed b4 but 4 other reasons i have had 2 format my computer .... and now i cannot install it on ...
due 2 this error ..
ev time i try and open it i get this error ...
help me pwease would b very grateful ... ty

Try, redownloading files from a known site such as ferny's or this forum, reinstall the software. If that doesn't solve your problems try getting the latest run times.
I have a simmilar problem except mine is OS based so I can't fix it.

If you have any other problems let me know, via PM.

Goto where you installed MSE, and find the document containing the paths, and change them to the correct locations.

or load up mse and before you do anything, go to:

file > perferences

then change the file paths

babyhack .. ive been through all the files in my MSE and i CANNOT find the file with the paths in it ... oh btw leo aint sed **** bout mapinfo.txt in the mir200 > evir folder ... help me plz

try lookin at ur mir200 path make sure that its C:\mirserver\mir200. replace mirserver with wot eve you have called you files if its not mirserver. but it should be tbh.

edit this to the paths where your files are and stick it in the MSE folder

I downloaded MSE and installed it just to do this for you
seems like alot of trouble just to edit some paths

he dont seem to get it. m8 check the paths agenst the paths that r found in bar along the top of the window for your server files....

lol tbh .. i get it its u lot who dont ... soon as i try and open up MSE it pops up run time error 76 ... i click ok and it closes MSE ... therefore i cannot access the preferences 2 change the paths ... i took leo's advice and looked for a .txt / .ini in the MSE main folder with the paths in but i could NOT find 1 ....

Then take the MirEditor.ini and place it in the neccesary place (i think it should go in the main directory), but as i haven't used it myself i dont know for sure.

ffs i got anova prob now it wont open at all .... its showin in the processes but not actually openin .. :S

nvm sorted it out now ... i just got anova copy of the MSE and it magically worked :O ty 4 all ur help ...
