When did this start happening?
Have you ran any anti-virus programs? (if not try panda in the programs sticky)
Are you using onboard sound or video?
Which opertating system are you using? (I am guessing not Xp? Or am I wrong...)
Have you installed any memory utilities or free ram programs?
Have you tried updating your drivers?
How often does this happen, and everytime you use winrar, and have you tried installing the newest version to see if that fixes it?
Do you have power management on or are you using a screensaver?

Now, I just asked a lot of questions and what I am about to say is not just to you nor is it meant to offend you, I am saying this because of various threads that have come before you. ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS. The hardest part about doing technical help on the internet is just that, your not at the computer. So, it amazes me when people want quick help yet they don't answer all of my/other people's questions, while at the same time not amazing me because that is just how people are.

I start this today when i installed EI and uninstalled it.But EI not uninstalled completely.

1.Running Norton AntiVirus 2001
2.not Onboard
3.Win98 Second Edition
4.No
5.Update? what should i update. Actually no update
6.Everytimes i open rar files. I tried reinstall winRAR and download newest version winRAR 3.41 still the same problem

All the worst problem is Msgsrv32. It will come out an error while i online. When I offline i still got the problem on the winRAR too.


Edit: I tried to reinstall win98 and wont let me install coz the Msgsvr32 error. If no one can help me, the best way to fix it is format PC :P

The easiest way is too just format the pc, seems like your comp got screwed with the uninstallation of EI.
