Love the main text, good job there. As for the background, I'm not too keep on it, isnt that just a pattern overlay? Also the text that reads 'Designed by SLiM3000' could do with some contrasting, as it is hard to read. Add a simple boarder, and I think I'll give it a thumbs up.

Good because not many signitures come out asthetic. I like your use of font, but would suggest that you mess around a bit mrore with the other filters available on photoshop, so you get a more fitting background for your text.

The main contrast is the fluid background with the hard-cut and eroding text.

ps - as lyrical G suggested, the main concept of using quotes is to get the right combination of colours in pixel-fonts. On a dark background its black text with white pixel(1)-stroke, and inverted on a light background. Makes it stand out more (its one of the first rules you learn when making signitures).
